It's about channeling the fierce, unfiltered energy of 'bitch' to release the masculine armour we've carried for too long — the over-responsibility, the dimming, the people-pleasing. Through movement, breath, and radical honesty together, we alchemise that force into authenticity, accountability, and sovereignty.
