Clarity and Bliss

Loyalty, obligation and devotion cannot be requested or expected from others. These feelings are a choiceless choice arising out of an embodied understanding of inspiration and accountability.

If we are lucky, there are times in our life where we may meet somebody that seems to have the key to our heart and we become inspired - inspired by the feeling or vision they have awakened within us. Is it the key holder's responsibility at that point to hold the space for the blissful, euphoric energy that unfolds?

No!

This is when accountability comes in. It is at this vital moment, when we realise that the obligation is ours alone, that the choiceless choice of devotion - devotion to ourselves and thus the entire phenomenal reality arises.

In this way, our romantic encounters, whether consummated or not become the sacred rite to our own inner wisdom and bridge that returns us to our natural, primordial state. Sexual intimacy too early, complicates this whole dynamic and risks this sacred wisdom being muddied, because it forms an unwritten contract imposing obligation before it arises naturally.

Sexual discipline is not so much about purity in the physical sense or that sex is sinful, its that the potency of the bliss that arises from inspiration has the power to liberate our entire being and thus all of humanity!
